The difference between a leader and a follower is ‘Attitude’ –

Leadership is a topic that we all should learn about and study. Every family, company, church or nation will rise or fall based on its leadership.  Having a Title does not make you a leader, a promotion over other people does not mean that you are a leader.  I have come to realise through my studies that everyone has the capacity to be a leader, however because leadership is a proactive process, not all people will become leaders.

There are certain character qualities necessary in every true leader, the way these qualities are developed in many cases are through adversity, pressure, or times when a risk was taken, the path of becoming a leader is giving to all of us, however unfortunately not many take the path for it is a path that not many individuals are on. The path is more mental than anything else.

And the only thing that makes the ultimate difference is ‘Attitude’

There is something really unique about true leaders, the first thing that comes across is their identity.  True, powerful and impacting leaders lead by inspiration, they are confident on what they are here on this planet.
